Perhimpunan Pemilik dan Penghuni Satuan Rumah Susun (P3SRS) Tamansari Semanggi Apartemen (TSA) tahun kepengurusan 2022 - 2025, terbentuk setelah melalui beberapa proses administrasi:

Akta Berita Acara Kedua pembentukan P3SRS nomor 1 tanggal 3 September 2022, yang dibuat oleh Fitrilia Novia Djamily, S.H., notaris di Jakarta
Surat permohonan dari P3SRS nomor 001/P3SRS-TSA/IX/2022 tertanggal 29 September 2022 untuk pencatatan dan pengesahan dari Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Pemukiman, Provinsi DKI Jakarta
Keputusan Kepala Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Pemukiman, Provinsi DKI Jakarta, nomor 661, tanggal 13 Oktober 2022, tentang pencatatan dan pengesahan AD/ART P3SRS Tamansari Semanggi Apartemen
